Tuti Scott
Tuti B. Scott is a facilitator, coach, and a servant leader who loves coaching high achievers coaching high achievers and teams working on the front lines of social change through her firm Changemaker Strategies. She has worked with dozens of feminists on their philanthropic leadership journeys including Geena Davis, Julie Foudy, Serene Jones, and Billie Jean King. She has been an interim CEO twice, a certified fundraiser for 15 years, a strategist for multiple coalitions and networks, and wrote two guides; Giving with a Gender Lens and Moving Money for Impact; Investing with a Gender Lens.
Tuti has advised Women Moving Millions since its inception, facilitated multiple cohorts and conferences for the Women’s Funding Network and its member funds, and served in executive management roles for national social justice organizations. Tuti coaches leaders, writes on women's sports and values aligned money moves, and facilitates workshops - currently focused on activating money with an equity and justice lens, with the Freedom School for Philanthropy being the gold medal standard curriculum.
At the Women’s Sports Foundation, Tuti’s team raised $70 million for equal access to sports for women and girls. She served on the board of Tides for a decade with five years in Board leadership overseeing the acceleration of the organization's assets and impact. Tuti is an Invest for Better partner, an Advisory Board member for Nia Impact Capital, a member of the financial imagination committee for Criterion Institute, and the producer of the “Women & Money” community. Tuti is a lifelong learner and point guard who has been engaged in the embodied fierceness that is women’s basketball since it was first televised in 1975.

Tuti has coached founders like Geena Davis, Noreen Farrell, Serene Jones, Jane Sloane and others.
Building on a 30-year career in women’s leadership, Title IX protections, and strategic philanthropic consulting, Tuti is now focused on engaging people in social justice philanthropy and investing. She has written a gender lens giving guide for Slingshot’s community and a gender lens investing guide with the Women’s Funding Network and Tides.
Tuti served as Interim CEO of Tides for 18 months after nine years of service on the Tides Network Board. She is a founding board member of the Women Win Foundation. She has been a featured speaker/producer for the Women’s Funding Network, the Jewish Women’s Funding Network, and member funds of these networks. Tuti enjoys learning with and elevating the voices of the next generation, women of color and queer/non-binary leaders from all sectors wherever possible.
As founder of Changemaker Strategies, Tuti B. Scott is a consultant and coach to high-achieving leaders and teams working on the front lines of social change. She is the producer of "Women and Money" events virtually and in-person, which focuses on community building and turning knowledge into action in the social justice investing space.
