Coaching

 

People in every field turn to coaches to increase performance, improve goal attainment, clarify choices and direction, and more.  Coaches often identify as Executive, Personal, Career, Business and/or Life Coaches.  I believe the work I am privileged to do spans all of these arenas as we are integrated humans and the decisions we make in one arena of our life influence another. 

The focus of my coaching practice has included working with leaders in management and philanthropy, entrepreneurs, activists, and athletes and includes these three ongoing and intersecting elements:

  • Visioning – Determining goals and potential paths to drive outcomes

  • Resourcing - Crafting strategies and tactics towards goal attainment

  • Reflecting – Reviewing practices and experiences for refinement and efficacy
